Scholarship Application

This form is used to apply for all three college scholarships offered by SAIL Camp. To learn more about which scholarship is right for you, check out the scholarships page.

Note: You will be asked to submit up to two recommendations from a current or former music teacher as part of your application. Please have your teachers send these recommendations to info@sailmusic.camp with your name and “Scholarship Recommendation” in the subject line.
